This is the Commerce Street and not the Main Street ramp. Vehicles entered the garage via Main and exited on Commerce. The only reason a police cruiser departed via the Main Street ramp on 11-24-1963 was that an armored car, detour for Oswald transfer, blocked the way. Note the “Do Not Enter” sign.
